Can I cancel or edit my order?

There is a short window of time between when your order is placed and when it is processed to ship. During this window, if you would like to edit or cancel your order, we will make our best effort to stop the box from processing to complete requests.

When is my box coming? I'm in a hurry!

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your beard box has shipped. Keep a lookout in your inbox for emails from The Beard Club.

There were items missing from my box!

If you have received your box but something is missing, reach out to our support team and they will send out a shipment right away with any missing products.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your most recent box (excluding PT45 trimmers), simply contact us and request to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

My box arrived damaged!

This rarely happens, but if you have received your box with spilled or damaged products in it, simply reach out to our support team. They’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away.

Is there a money back guarantee?

While we stand behind our product and have ultimate confidence that it will help you grow your beard, we do not issue a guarantee as there are many variables that are out of our control.
