If you are unhappy with your most recent box, simply contact us and request to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund under this policy. Additionally, only one of each product is eligible for refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Only one subscription renewal box per customer is eligible for return.
Any products that are damaged through mishandling or misuse are not eligible for return for a refund.
Returns on partial kits are not accepted. All items purchased as part of a kit must be returned in order for the kit to be refunded.

Shipping is non refundable, and customer will assume responsibility for any return shipping costs.
Any products purchased for resale purposes are nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued for returns made on orders that were not eligible for return based on the above stated return policy.
