There were items missing from my box!Updated a year ago

If you have received your box but something is missing, please reach out to our support team and we'll be sure to send out a shipment right away with any missing products.

In your message, please include:

  1. The first and last name on your account 
  2. The email address associated with your account 
  3. The product(s) missing from your box

In order to properly investigate and solve the issue, any missing items must be reported within 30 days of when the order is delivered.
