Sorry to hear that, brother! Although instances are rare-- if the products in your box arrive spilled or damaged, simply reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to have a replacement sent out to you right away.

Just let them know:

  1. The first and last name on your account 
  2. The email address associated with your account 
  3. The product(s) that were spilled or damaged. (In some instances, pictures may be required).
