I Recently Moved. What Do I Do If My Last Shipment Was Sent to My Old Address?

If you believe that your box shipped to an old address, reach out to our support team and let them know:

  1. The first and last name on your account
  2. The email address associated with your account
  3. Your new shipping address

They’ll make sure your shipping address is updated, and get a new box sent out to you right away.
