How Do I Access My Member Profile?

Since we have a new website, we temporarily have two different logins: 

  1. After October 22, 2019, click here to login (see below for more info)
  2. Before October 22, 2019, then click here to login (see below for more info)

New Customers (after October 22, 2019)

If this is your first time logging in then you first must set up an account. Go here to register your account. Make sure to use the same email address as the one you used to place your first order or else your information will not be synced, and you won't be able to manage your subscription. 

Already have an account? Then click here to log in to your account. If you can't remember your password then click "Forgot Password" to reset it.

Legacy Customers (before October 22, 2019)

 Login to your member profile anytime at http://thebeardclub.com/login. Use the credentials that you created when signing up. If you did not set a password after checkout, you will need to initiate a password reset.

Immediately after checkout:
After you have purchased your first box, your purchase confirmation page will give you the option to visit your member profile immediately.

Click ‘Continue to Your Profile’ and you will be prompted to set a new password.

If you did not set a password after checkout, you will need to initiate a password reset.

Having trouble logging in?
If you’re having trouble logging in, reach out to our support team and they’ll do their best to get you into your profile. Just let them know:

  1. The first and last name on your account
  2. The email address associated with your account
