How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel. But we can easily help you with that. 

Read below if you started your subscription in October 2019 or later. If you have an active subscription that began before October 2019, skip this section and scroll down.  

But first, with our new website, you can easily skip a monthly shipment or skip an individual product. If you'd like to do that, go to your account:  then under "Next Shipment" tab click "Skip" to skip one month. 


Or click "Edit" to change the frequency in which you receive individual products. 


If you'd still like to cancel, then you can do that by going into your account then click on "Overview".


In this tab, scroll to your subscription then click "Cancel Plan". 


Remember, just because you may not be getting products on a monthly basis, you are still part of the Club! This means you have access to Beard Club merchandise, receive beard care tips, still part of our Rewards program and more! 

If at any point, you need more beard products and would like to resubscribe, you can simply log back into your account and re-activate your old subscription or start your next box from scratch.

You have the ability to cancel at any time by logging into your account at

1) Log in to your account profile at

2) Click into the Subscriptions page from the side menu bar, and then click the red icon that looks like an eye under "Action".

3) On the next page click "Cancel", which is located directly underneath "Change Renewal Date".

4) Here you can pause or cancel your subscription
