Can I cancel or edit my order?
There is a short window of time between when your order is placed and when it is processed to ship. During this window, if you would like to edit or cancel your order, we will make our best effort to stop the box from processing to complete any requests. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.
When is my box coming? I'm in a hurry!
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your beard box has shipped. Keep a lookout in your inbox for emails from The Beard Club.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your most recent box (excluding PT45 trimmers), simply contact us and request to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
There were items missing from my box!
If you have received your box but something is missing, reach out to our support team and they will send out a shipment right away with any missing products.
Is there a money back guarantee?
While we stand behind our product and have ultimate confidence that it will help you grow your beard, we do not issue a guarantee as there are many variables that are out of our control. Complications from underlying health conditions, or even something as simple as scar tissue from adolescent acne can affect the way your facial hair grows.
My box arrived damaged!
This rarely happens, but if you have received your box with spilled or damaged products in it, simply reach out to our support team. They’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away.
