Can I change how often I receive a box?Updated a year ago

Our subscription allows for flexibility if you need some products more often than others. The default renewal frequency is every month, but you can change individual products to every 2 months or every 3 months if you prefer. 

1. Login to your account here. 

2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab and select the "EDIT" menu next to "Frequency" on the product you wish to edit.  

3. Confirm the frequency at which you wish your order to fulfill, and select "UPDATE" to confirm. 

Please note that any changes to your subscription should be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your next order date.”
